Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

Experimax, B217-5100 Erin Mills Pkwy, Mississauga, ON L5M 4Z5.

The seller will pay return shipping costs for all cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

In all other cases (e.g. you changed your mind, cancelled an order), the customer will be responsible for shipping costs and a restocking fee of 10% of the total order amount will be charged. 

To request a return

Please contact the seller directly from your Order details page, and provide the following information:

  • Order ID & product description
  • Number of items to be returned
  • The date you received your product
  • Condition of the product
  • Condition of packaging
  • Reason for return

All refunds will be processed within 4 Days.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
